As a 2nd Shift Franchising, LLC ("2nd Shift") franchisee, you will own and operate a business that provides 24/7 plumbing and sewer services with no emergency service fees. The services you will provide include but are not limited to sewer hookups; sewer line inspections; sewer line repairs; sewer cleaning and jetting; general plumbing services; underground repairs; excavation; unclogging drains; bathroom remodels; and drain repairs. Your primary responsibility as a franchisee will be to manage the day-to-day operations, offer quality customer service, coordinate, set-up and manage the sales, and provide the services.
