The franchisee will operate a “7-Eleven Now” Micro Market, which is an unmanned convenient stand-alone retail space, or an unmanned retail space within a high rise and/or employer operated building, hospital, university or hotel. The Micro Market will operate within limited square footage and will sell a broad array of products, including many not traditionally available in convenience stores, to meet the changing needs of our guests, such as an assortment of high-quality fresh food, hot food and proprietary beverage offerings, and private brand items. “7-Eleven Now” Micro Markets generally operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year (except, at the franchisee's option, Christmas Day).
