The franchisee will engage in the business of owning and operating a retail store under the name and marks “KaleidoScoops,” offering proprietary ice creams, sherbets, frozen yogurt, frozen custards, and other types of food and beverage items (candy, confections, cookies, chocolates, frozen dairy products, cakes, pies, pastries, coffee and tea).
