The franchisee will operate a Winchell's restaurant, sometimes referred to in this disclosure document as a "Winchell's Unit," which is a retail food outlet featuring donuts, muffins, croissants, bagels, other baked goods, coffee, and other beverages and products, as authorized by Winchell's. Our approved menu may be expanded or changed in the future.
