The franchisee will open and operate a Nest Seekers real estate brokerage business, operated from a sales office or offices, each sales office being under an existing real estate broker's credentials, and specializing in the sale of residential real estate brokerage services, limited non-residential / commercial real estate brokerage services, and related services, programs and products.
