The franchise is the right to own and operate a business that provides, through a mobile shop and at customers' locations, service and repair of bicycles, parts and accessories, sale of new bicycles  and, at our direction, service, repair and sale of other personal recreational items and related services under the “Beeline Bikes®” name and marks.
