The franchisee will operate a spa business under the name "CLOVR Life Spa" that offers some or all of the following spa services: customized aesthetic and beauty services, professional therapeutic massage, nail care services (manicures and pedicures), skincare, waxing services, and a meditation room (the “Chill Lounge”) as well as related retail products in a safe, clean and friendly environment (the "Spa Services").
