The franchise described in this disclosure document is for the establishment and operation of a business offering one of more of the following services that enhances Fitness, health and beauty, including but not limited to: whole body cryotherapy, compression therapy, molecularly restructured water, full spectrum infrared sauna and injectable and/or intravenous vitamins and amino acids (each, a "CryoFit Facility" or "Facility"). CryoFit Facilities operate as stand-alone businesses in retail locations or, in select instances, office locations.
