Gramme Inc. (referred to in this Disclosure Document as the "Franchisor", "we" or "us") offers the prospective franchisee (referred to in this Disclosure Document as "you") an opportunity for the acquisition of a MNGO Cafe franchise, offering desserts, drinks and related food products. You may acquire the right to open and operate one or more MNGO Cafes within a specific geographic area by executing a MNGO Franchise Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Franchise Agreement"). The franchise offered by us is a nonexclusive right and license to be a MNGO Franchisee, and use the MNGO Operating System, together with the service marks, trade names, and other techniques and business systems utilized in the operation of MNGO Cafes.
