We offer subfranchises for the operation of Myungrang Korean Hot Dog Shops (individually, a “Myungrang Shop” and collectively, “Myungrang Shops”) that sell our special menu of deep fried Korean style hot dogs on a stick with various fillings and toppings (individually, “Myungrang Hot Dog” and collectively, “Myungrang Hot Dogs”), are identified by the proprietary trade names “Myungrang Korean Hot Dog(s)” and “Myungrang Hot Dog(s)” (the “Myungrang Names”) and registered and unregistered trade and service marks including some that have a unique stylized logo (collectively the “Myungrang Marks”), are equipped with our selection of hot dog preparation and sale fixtures and equipment, and use proprietary recipes, practices, methods, procedures, and techniques (all, collectively, the “Myungrang Method”).
