The franchise offered by Outback GutterVac Franchising, LLC is for the operation of a business engaged in offering and providing the following services and products for residential and commercial properties: cleaning, clearing and maintenance of gutters, downspouts, ceiling cavities, and/or storm water sumps, gutter protection device sales, installation, and maintenance, gutter washing and other similar services, power washing services (also known as pressure washing) for driveways, patios, decks, siding, roofs, gutters, pool areas, parking lots, walkways, streets, sidewalks, and similar areas, and other similar services or products, all identified by the trade name and service mark “Outback GutterVac”.
