We offer franchises for the right to own and operate a business (each, a “Business”) that is authorized to offer and provide residential building renovation services and products to prospective and existing customers within a given territory that are (a) directly solicited and recruited by the franchise owner via its own direct marketing efforts or via joint marketing efforts with one (1) or more other Business owners permitted to operate within that territory and/or surrounding regions, and/or (b) otherwise allocated to the Franchised Business by us in accordance with our then-current system policies and procedures (each, a “Client”), all while utilizing (i) the then-current Proprietary Marks we designate, and (ii) the proprietary system of operations we and our affiliates have developed (the “System”).
