The franchise that we offer is for yorCMO, a fractional marketing service that provides businesses with the opportunity to engage a shared chief marketing officer (“CMO”) to develop and implement marketing strategies for their businesses and, other services and products (each, a “Franchised Business” or “yorCMO Business”). There are two different yorCMO franchise models you may select from: (i) the “Solo yorCMO” model, which will permit an operator to act as the sole CMO for the Franchised Business; or (ii) the “Firm yorCMO” model, which will permit an operator to act as a CMO for the Franchised Business but will also permit an operator to hire multiple associate CMO's to provide services on behalf of the Franchised Business.
