The franchise is for the establishment and operation of a ZAVAZONE indoor adventure park includingbut not limited to: a Jump Zone featuring trampolines, trampoline dodgeball, trampoline basketball, atrampoline foam pit and a battle beam area; an Adventure Zone featuring a high ropes course, a low ropescourse, a parkour course, and Ninja Obstacle Courses; a Vertical Zone with several activities possiblyincluding climbing walls, drop slides, zip lines, and giant stairs; and other features such as Gaga "ZavaBall" Pits, and other new and innovative movement related activities, parties and events areas, and alarge, comfortable lounge overlooking the event space, and featuring free Wi-Fi and coffee ("ZAVAZONE Indoor Adventure Park").
