This Franchise Disclosure Document describes the franchise concepts offered by AVF Franchising, LLC, a retail store business offering to the general public home and office furniture, mattresses, flooring, window treatments and other related items under the AVF Franchising, LLC licensed Marks and Franchise System. Our franchises will be sold as either: (i) an Individual Unit Franchise, or (ii) to qualified persons, the exclusive right may be granted to select and develop an agreed upon number of franchise sites within a certain geographical and defined period of time.
