If you sign a franchise agreement, the franchisor will grant you the right to develop, own, and operate a retail business under the “BoxDrop®” name that sells, among other things, mattresses and bedding products, some of which consist of their private label products and some which are manufactured by authorized manufacturers that the franchisor makes available to their franchisees from time to time. In addition, franchisees  meeting certain sales criteria may also offer and sell additional furniture products such as sofas, dining room sets, bedroom furniture, and other home furnishings at their BoxDrop Store.
