Charleys Restaurants feature Philadelphia-style cheese steaks and several other varieties of grilled subs, french fries, lemonade and soft drinks. In this disclosure document, we refer to Restaurants operating in mall food courts, airports, military bases and inline locations as "CPS Restaurants" and we refer to Restaurants operating in inline and freestanding locations that additionally offer chicken wings and other chicken-based menu items as "CPSC Restaurants".
