As a franchisee, you will operate a full-service “Hook & Reel” restaurant. As the result of the expenditure of time, skill, effort and money, we and our affiliates have developed and own a unique and distinctive system (hereinafter “System”) relating to the establishment and operation of a Hook & Reel full-service restaurant offering Cajun style seafood, appetizers, sliders, specialty sandwiches, side dishes, fountain and bottled beverages, and where allowed by law, a full alcohol bar, unless we permit operation without a full bar. Under the Hook & Reel System, franchisees will operate their restaurants using the franchisor's proprietary recipes, proprietary sauces and spices, operational techniques, trade dress, trademarks and logos. Hook & Reel restaurants will offer dine-in and carry-out services, and must offer delivery and catering if we institute these services.
