The franchised business is to operate a commercial maintenance and repair business under the trade name “Just Let Me Do It Commercial Services”. If you sign a franchise agreement with the franchisor, you will develop and operate a commercial maintenance and repair business under the trade name Just Let Me Do It Commercial Services. You will operate all days of the year (including holidays) and have a technician available “on call” 24 hours per day. A significant portion of our work comes from facility management companies that are contracted with regional and national retailers and restaurant chains.
