Our Franchise offers you the right to operate a mold inspection, mold testing and mold remediation business utilizing our MOLDMAN System. In addition to these primary services, your MOLDMAN Franchise may also offer related minor cleaning and repair services such as general cleanup, minor drywall repair, painting and caulking. We do not offer construction services such as plumbing, electrical, roofing, HVAC, etc. When these services are sometimes needed with mold remediation, this work must be completed by licensed contractors separate from your MOLDMAN Franchise.
