The franchise offered is a Master Franchise to franchise “made to order” fresh brewed tea shops called Presotea (hereafter (“Shop” or “Store”), operating under the Marks and using the System as described in this document, and the Operations Manual. The Master Franchise Agreement authorized you to franchise and sell a minimum of 10 Presotea Shops in the protected Territory, during the 6 year term of the Master Franchise Agreement.
