Ranchisee, you will perform water restoration services, fire restoration services, smoke and odor clean-up, hard surface, carpet and upholstery cleaning, reconstruction and other related restoration and cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. You may perform mold remediation services if you purchase the optional mold remediation equipment and training. You may perform air duct cleaning services if you purchase the optional air duct equipment and training.
