The franchise offered is for a quick serve “Roll On In” restaurant or express kiosk which feature made-to-order sushi burritos, sushi tacos, sushi bowls, sushi donuts, as well as beverages. Roll On In restaurants will also offer beer and wine, as well as the opportunity to offer catering and/or delivery services where appropriate. A Roll On In restaurant or express kiosk operates using the franchisor's proprietary recipes, formulae, techniques, trade dress, trademarks and logos. We offer 2 purchase options: 1) a Single Unit Franchise, either a Restaurant or Express Kiosk, or 2) a Multi-Unit Development Agreement, under which you must open a minimum of two (2) locations within a specified period of time.
