SoBol restaurants feature and serve fresh made to order Acai bowls and other fruit bowls, soups, salads, wraps and fruit smoothies. A SoBol restaurant may be established as either a SoBol Express Restaurant or a SoBol Full Service Restaurant. The franchisee will establish, develop and operate, from a commercial retail location, either a SoBol Express Restaurant or SoBol Full Service Restaurant.
