Under this Disclosure Document, we (the “Franchisor”) offer qualified individuals and entities a franchise for the right to independently own and operate a fast casual restaurant featuring gourmet burritos, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, taco bowls, healthy burrito bowls topped with slow cooked meats and specialty items, along with any other menu/specialty items, fresh salsa and guacamole, sides and beverages we authorize, utilizing our proprietary business system and then-current proprietary marks (each a “Franchised Business” or franchised “Restaurant”).
