Zero Degrees Italian Ice, Inc., a California corporation, offers franchises for the operation of Zero Degrees Restaurant (“Zero Degrees Restaurant”) that offer freshly made coffee, teas, slushies, milkshakes, and snacks and other specialty food items. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Zero Degrees Restaurant is $411,500 to $482,500. This includes the $45,000 franchise fee that must be paid to us.
